SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders are prepared for shipment on the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Local Shipping  
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after processing.

International Shipping  
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after processing.

Please note that during high order volume, shipping may take up to 5–10 business days.

Delays may occur during launch periods, holidays, or due to inclement weather. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.

Once your order has been shipped and leaves our facility, the courier assumes full aresponsibility for delivery. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
